[Lowfer] 136 KHz Mystery " T " seen in TN, and Alaska

I first thought it to be random noise, then possibly Mal - G3KEV,
but after the mystery signal repeated a series of carriers; I 
began searching other grabbers to see if it was showing up anywhere
else... To my surprise, the only grabber showing the same signal
is Laurence in Alaska... I'll venture a guess that the signal is
coming from somewhere in Canada... Any claimers ???
