[Lowfer] testing very low power WSPR on 495.1 dial. 496.6 transmit frequency

I'm going to work on an amp tonight. This is a simplified phasing exciter for wspr only and it seems to work OK but only about 50 m W . I also built a ssb version (Jay's design) but they have the same output circuit so I need an amp.
