[Lowfer] Afternoon copy of MP and XJ

Thanks for the capture Garry.  Shutdown right now while making some 
feedpoint changes to be able to switch between 137, 475, and 510 kHz 
(also 185 once I find another SPST relay).  Using 0,+12,-12, and 12AC 
for relay control over coax via Bias-Ts.  Hopefully finish in a hour or two.
