Hi All: Looks like I can decode Eric at 100uW ERP at about 120 kilometers away on 136 kHz. Plug that into your 
Free Space Path Loss equation and assume -65 dB for my NE EWE antenna signal level...according to W7EL's

I ran down to about 0.019W TPO.... but the ATT setup was kind of 
kludgy.

I am re-running 0.04, 0.03 W over the next 10-15 minutes.

The lowest decoded at 0.05W TPO is about 0.1 mW (0.0001 W) ERP.
