Looks like the decodes are for random noise based on the reported freq.  
Mike/TTS had the same thing at first due to the program defaults.  In 
the waterfall window, you will see a green bar with a green marker near 
the freq. scale at the top.  That is the "decode" window.  Double click 
near a trace on the waterfall you wish to decode, ie. around 1400 Hz.  
The green bar and marker should jump to that frequency.  To widen the 
decode window, increase the "Tol" setting in the main window.

After doing the above, you should start getting text decodes.
