[Lowfer] XJM QRSS 137.781

I guess I missed XJM.  Here in Fredericksburg VA tonight seeing JM (QRSS
137.7815), MP (QRSS 137.7805), XES (DFCW 137.779), XKO (QRSS 137.7775), and
NA (DFCW 137.7769).  Wandering carrier that always seems around also in
attached if the attachment gets through.  Antenna:  26 inch LF Engineering
E-field probe on the rooftop.
