[Lowfer] XJM QRSS 137.781

If 137781.605 is close enough to 137781.500, that works for me!  I am 
using the same exciter/upconverter/100W amp setup as 600M.  The exciter 
is a K3, so I only have 1Hz tuning steps, and the upconverter LO is 
fixed/sourced from a GPS-disciplined DOXCO.
