I did have the noise blanker turned on, but it is now off and I'll see how the decodes do tonight.
Thanks for the suggestion.  I do not use a preamp on the 600 M antenna, which is a delta loop
with a 333 ft. perimeter, but there is one on the 2200 M VE7SL style loop.  I have checked the
audio levels throughout the chain and they are all where I achieved the best results, so it's
not a case of having twisted the wrong knob!.
