[Lowfer] Current Fed Modification to G0MRF transmitter

Warren - this is the same feed system used here on my Kw amp modules and
also on the earlier smaller VE7TIL-designed 500W P-P transmitters. On the
big amp I used line cord for the primary and on the smaller earlier amps
used solid #20 enameled and both methods seem to work well.
