[Lowfer] Logged another navtex

I was parked on the 518 Navtex last night and I managed to decode NOJ in Kodiak, Alaska.
For me, that's over 3000 miles, most of which is over land.  The logging is my second best,
with Puerto Monte, Chile still holding the record.
