[Lowfer] cw QSO tonight 137 kHz

John and Jay;
I have never heard this band as bad as tonite! I could barely copy a few letters amongst the QRN which was S9+. But still Jay sounded like he was a million miles away with that echo on what sigs I could hear. MY 10W ERP didn't do anything as no one heard me either!73, Bob WE2XES
