[Lowfer] GFCI trips when transmitting on 2200M

Problem solved.  I took the quick and easy way since the lights are 
temporary and I had what would work.  Isolation transformer and timer of 
early 60s vintage:

I thought about replacing the breaker but it works and most everything I 
have replaced around the home in recent years hasn't been of the quality 
as the old.  The test button works but just out of curiosity I put a 10k 
then 20k resistor across the hot lead and ground and the breaker 
instantly tripped.  A 27k took about a second to trip it and a 33k 
didn't trip it.
