[Lowfer] SIW in CT

Jay, thanks for the report on lowfer SIW. Hopefully conditions will 
improve as real winter hits. Interesting that you have a spurious from 
SJ, which I'm sure is quite strong on the fundamental. Here I see a 
wobbly version of SIW around 185.305 kHz when its fundamental is 185.185 
kHz. No idea where that's coming from but figure it's generated by my 
receiver, not the TX. I am running a hifer at 13.5 MHz, a 24 GHz beacon, 
and miscellaneous other frequency sources in the shack so there are 
plenty of harmonics and mixing opportunities.
