[Lowfer] Lowfer watering hole

Three stations were in and out over night around 185.3 kHz: SJ, WMS, and 
TAG (plus an unwanted spurious that began around 0500Z). At times each 
of the signals was good, but QSB or noise floor rises made catching 
entire calls difficult. WMS was best as expected since it is the 
closest. Noticed periods of slight upward drift by SJ but they didn't 
persist.
