[Lowfer] lowfer hole

Doug, thanks for the report on lowfer SIW. Like you, I didn't find 
conditions very good last night. When I looked at the watering hole I 
didn't notice anything other than my local beacon. 518 kHz Navtex 
signals were good to the NE with decodes from Greenland stations I, and 
M in area 4. Also, Bermuda and Puerto Rico came in fine. But only a 
couple west coast stations decoded and they were weak, and Kodiak wasn't 
even detectable.
