[Lowfer] WSPR tonite and hopefully thru the weekend will be on 137.7

WE2XEB will be trying out 2200 m 137.7 with WSPR for a frew nights to see what shakes ... WE2XEB takes over from WE6XGR that of late I have been operating.  All decodes welcome tonight thru the weekend-Bob
