On the R-75, CW-R is the same as USB (the User Manual is incorrect) so
tuning up in freq causes the signal to go down on the display and as we
are not chasing signals it is somewhat irrelevant.
With SpecLab that effect is overcome by using a negative offset value.
I seem to recall that both Wolf and Alberto advising against using
filtering of the signal, the filtering is done within the software,
provided the correct bandwidth is setup.
