Mitch, I have a pretty good OCXO external clock for my SDR-IQ, but it's 
not GPS accurate like Jay's setup. Nonetheless, a QRSS120 run indicates 
137780.47 Hz for your signal so the clock must be reasonably well netted 
even though it hasn't been calibrated recently.
