Thanks John; Just tried the WWVB calibration that Doug mentioned - and found 800.16 as the figure.
With that entered - ARGO sees me on 137780.72    - I have just moved the DDS down to
137780.63 now - so this may show up on your observations.   If that
is the case - then I guess I am getting close !
It's interesting that when I checked 8 AM broadcast stations - they were from 799 to 803 as variables,
so not much help.
