[Lowfer] WD2XGJ - the value of a negative report

I received a report from Lloyd W3NF  that he was not copying WD2XGJ, which 
is odd since that is usually an easy distance and normally I get a very 
strong report.  That prompted me to check the transmitter, which as it turns 
out had a blown fuse.  Had I not received the negative report from Lloyd it 
might have been some time before I checked the TX. All reports are valid and 
helpful, even negative ones!
