Hi All: A quick check of the longwave bands, I'm hearing a MSK signal at 18.3 kHz, likely HWU at about 0220Z,  189 kHz Longwave AM broadcast audible voice and music (Euro 1 ?),

Copying WE6XGR on 499.5 WSPR with my Sony ICF2001 in my basement EN90xn location with 12 to 18 inch whip extended. Audible with the whip retracted and the ferrite loop antenna once the signal was found. Typical 10 sec delay on the top of the minute cycle.....

ARGO running on 185.3 now with the HD-1420  and FT-817 see what pops in this evening....

After tinkering with a DIY xtal heater for a few hours over the weekend I come across a 12 volt Ovenaire HC-43 xtal heater on a PLL freq syn board at the bottom of one of my junkboxes.....
