[Lowfer] Lowfer SJ

Had fairly good copy much of the night at the watering hole of lowfer 
SJ. Despite strong signals from the 288 kHz DGPS station in NL, couldn't 
pick out TAG and WMS was in only with occasional traces. NDBs in ME like 
SF on 349 kHz were at most just average strength. So conditions here 
were down compared to the previous evening.
