[Lowfer] PBO under the noise floor

" PBO " carrier line was extremely weak, but was discernable..
Of course no characters can truly be identified, mainly 
going, based on the frequency of previous reports, and this
carrier, ( possibly noise ?? ) is on 187203.5 KHz ...
Rick said he is only drawing about 50 mAmps of RF current, so
I was a bit of a personal challenge to " pull something out "
Again; I must admit that it may be Just-Noise, but then again;
Maybe - Not......

Narrow Audio Filter would not pull in anything but interference 
on this frequency.. I ended up using Extreme Clipping on the audio,
and tweaking the visual settings to see these captures..
