[Lowfer] WMS in NE IL

Paul, WMS did fairly well into NE IL over night. Not as good as others
have reported but not bad. The fading in the attachment may not be due
to propagation, but rather a picket fence of 60 Hz harmonics that drifts
through the receive passband. Lowfer SJ is also in the attached image,
but hard to decipher with ARGO running at QRSS30. Didn't notice TAG at
first but as local sunrise neared it appeared a bit above 185.297 kHz
(frequency error on my part?) and hung in longer than SJ. That might be
because SJ shuts down at 7 am Eastern time, don't recall.
