[Lowfer] remote "natural radio" receiver

Steve McGreevy, who's making them now [original design was Frank
Cathell's, not Mikes] put one out on the desrt about a mile or so from
his house and uses a low-power FM link to bring it into the shack.
Works really well. Lots of neat recordings on his 'Sounds of Natural
Radio' web site.
