[Lowfer] Nov 30 - Dec 01 Navtex

FB on the Navtex reception J.B. I've been monitoring 518 kHz a fair bit 
since lowfer reception is poor compared to last year. That may be extra 
noise at my QTH but I noted that WE2XGR/6 has found a lack of European 
DX this season on 500 kHz WSPR too.

I checked my logs for Nov 30 - Dec 01 and find decodes for:

Area 4: A,B,C,E,F,G,H,N,R,U,X    Area 12: C,D,H,W

Did decode Greenland a few days ago and also Kodiak, but it's been weeks 
since decoding Honolulu. Overall for me conditions seem down somewhat 
from last year.
