Generally speaking ( meaning personal intrepretation of Part-15 )
Most don't consider the " Radials " on the earth to be part of
the Antenna itself.. Only the wire you use to connect the TX
to the radial system is included in the 50' length.. Much debate
can of course arise on the subject..
