[Lowfer] PBO - going back home

Hi Doug,

 The last time Jay checked my signal it was on 187.20375. I don't expect my
signal to make it that far right now. I am trying to get a vertical antenna 
to work on this terrible clay and rock soil. I was using a loop past few
seasons with some success. I was trying to get into the watering hole so I
have a better chance of being heard. I guess the crystal didn't like being
ground as far as it was.
