[Lowfer] WD2XGJ 136.745 Test

Warren, it's pretty noisy tonight in NE IL but I picked up your signal 
just after local sunset. Only one "XGJ" sequence so far but it seems 
likely your crystal is heating during TX and dropping something on the 
order of 0.1 Hz over the sequence. The individual dashes in particular 
show downward frequency drift on a QRSS60 waterfall but the dots seem 
pretty stable.
