[Lowfer] WD2XES Opera 8 Correction

Looked for WD2XES sending Opera8 in the evening after stations to the 
east had decoded it, but apparently it was too early and by the time it 
was well past local sunset the signal might have dropped since no one 
was decoding it. Switched to 502.4 kHz and did get a couple of decodes 
of VX9BDQ sending Opera4 just before local sunrise. That was a pleasant 
surprise because 350 kHz NDB NY in BC was rather weak at the time.
