[Lowfer] TAG Beacon Change?

Ive never copied wolfie so I am looking forward to the change to qrss, 
last season I managed SJ and WM both about 1254 miles. I would 
certainly like to see the watering hole full like the old days on w3eee 
grabber. I dinot upgrade my receiving capability until last year with a 
large loop and preamp so I missed a lot in years past. 

In sept I will refurbish WMS and have it on this winter.
