[Lowfer] WD2XGJ

[Garry Hess]

Another noisy night in NE IL but nonetheless WD2XGJ is coming through 
well sending "XGJ" at QRSS60 on 137 kHz. Usually see MP active just a 
bit higher in frequency, but not tonight.
