John,
I have little doubt that I am WOLF-capable (from a receive standpoint).
What I *am* is WOLF-ignorant.
Would you mind giving me a "for Dummies" version of what I need to do to
receive and decode your signal?
Please rest assured that I am able to detect weak signals in the VLF-LF
band, with very good frequency stability (good enough to decode European LF
amateur QRSS signals last year), as well as most part 15 "Lowfers" in the
eastern half of the USA.
So.....what do I need to do to receive your WOLF transmission?
