1. Kodiak also broadcasts weather forecasts during time slots initially
allocated to Adak. 
2. Routine weather forecasts are broadcast four times per day with these
being the normal times when repeats of Notices to Mariners are broadcast in
lieu of weather. Weather warnings may be broadcast at any time.

Thus changes appear to be Boston (5 minutes later), Portsmout (40 minutes
later), Chrlestown (no change),Miami (no change), New Orlean(2 hr later-or
earlier depending on how you look at it), San Juan (50 minutes later),
Kodiak J (2 1/2 hr later),Kodiak X (10 minutes later), Astoria (2 hour 10
minutes later), San Fransisco (20 minutes later), Cambria (1 hour 55 minutes
later), Honolulu (1 hour 40 minutes later)
