[Lowfer] Lowfer reception

It's rather late in the season but last night was quiet in NE IL so TAG 
decoded nicely on 185.8 kHz. After leaving TAG around 0540Z BR was seen 
weakly but by 0900Z it was coming in strong enough to copy the CW on 
185.581 kHz. Attached is the drifting ARGO capture of its QRSS3 ID then.
