It was fairly quiet over night in NE IL. Although signal levels were
generally unimpressive lowfer BR continues to come in well. Attached is
an ARGO capture of the 1000Z QRSS30 ID. Frequency drift is significant
but the signal is so strong that it easily shows up in waterfalls of
much wider bandwidth.
Old faithfuls MP and EAR are running fine. The former is accompanied by
CFH on 137 kHz at the moment.
Up on 494.4 kHz WSPR signals from WD2XSH/12 were outstanding. WD2XSH/15
was in there too, though much weaker.
A few west coast NDBs like MOG and NY were evident, but weak. NL was
decoded on 288 kHz DGPS but the usual west coast stations were not, nor
was Panama on 302 kHz. The VLF Alpha stations were in there though
around local sunrise.
