[Lowfer] Early 2200 Meters on sunday

Noticed later on that VO1NA was in there on 137.777 kHz too.

On the lowfer front, traces of WMS on 185.3014 kHz were noted around 
0730Z. Lowfer BR was copied decently on 185.578 kHz. The Cape Ray, NL 
DGPS station on 288 kHz decoded well so TAG was monitored and again the 
frequency locked on (0746Z) but no messages were decoded.
