[Lowfer] Overnight Navtex

J.B.,

FB on decoding PR and Bermuda. I only got the former here because Miami 
was blasting away during the Bermuda windows. Rather mediocre conditions 
here but noticed NDB DDP on 391 kHz from PR was also doing pretty well. 
Spent most of the night trying to decode new DGPS stations in NL and NS 
but no luck. Noticed WD2XSH/7 QRV on WSPR along with /12 on 495.9 kHz 
with good signals.

As I write this your lowfer is coming in nicely on 188.83 kHz. I looked 
at the 185.3 kHz watering hole a bit before sunrise but didn't see any 
signals.
