In case this fits in with your LF propagation research ...

VTX2 17 kHz India in again this morning. Nothing seen from them yesterday morning although static 
levels were considerably higher then. HI and Australia also quite strong. It may just be that VTX 
changed frequency to 17 kHz from their previous 19.4 kHz frequency noted last year. Will continue 
monitoring.
