The only place I set up in the field was probably at least 100 feet from
the nearest trees. It would be interesting to measure the changes in
reception at difference distances from the trees. My interest at the
time was VLF. I was using the miniwhip, SDR-IQ and a netbook. I should
have documented the results as an engineer would have done. However I'm
a poke and hope technician with mild ADD who attempts to pack as many
interesting things as possible into each day. Seldom perfecting none :)
