[Lowfer] Excellent VLF condx this morning!

Excellent VLF condx this morning ... NWC Australia in like mid winter. Noticed a signal at 17.0 kHz 
... which I take to be VTX2 India. Did receive VTX4 19.4 kHz regularly last season but this is a 
first for VTX2. It's getting more difficult to find stations to add to the reception list.
