[Lowfer] MP 137

Been listening for the new, improved MP signal.  Saw traces of it under 
moderately heavy static about 1 AM CDT on the 31st, but the interval from 5 
PM onward (in 100+ degree heat) proved much more productive.  Oddly, in all 
the captures I did this afternoon, the final dot in the P was never very 
clear.

Mitch, did you retune your DDS about 6:01 PM CDT/7:01 PM EDT?  There was a 
sudden frequency shift at the start of the second M in the attached capture.
