Saw something Tuesday afternoon that I wonder if anyone here can identify. 
Nine-point-something Hz above WD2XSH7 (no slash in the QRSS60 ID) was a 
signal that exhibited distinct OOK sidebands when viewed in 20-sec slow 
mode...upper portion of attached snap...but appeared to be nothing more than 
a string of three second dots when observed in 3-sec slow mode, at bottom. 
For reference, the "7" was completed about 2:41 PM CDT on the 30th.  Any 
idea who or what is being dits-y?
