[Lowfer] WMS back on the air

I've been down for over two weeks with a viral infection and just today got feeling well enough to repair WMS. 
Problem was a defective 78l05 regulator. Appears to be operating properly after tightning up ground wire clamps. Freq has shifted about 0.3 hz I now read it as 185301.5. Conformation of the freq would be appreciated.
