[Lowfer] SIW in TN

Thanks for the captures Doug. Glad someone copied SIW on 185.185 kHz. It 
should be comparable to the signal on 185.299 kHz but perhaps not. 
Interestingly you copied my lowfer exactly one year ago too.

The US lightning map was nicely empty last night but signals weren't 
impressive here. Spotty copy of west coast DGPS and Navtex pre-sunrise. 
NDB MOG on 404 kHz from CA was in there, but not strong either. On the 
other hand, the Alpha VLF signals were better than usual of late.
