[Lowfer] New Navtex station $04I

New to me anyway. Vernon Matheson in NS has reported reception of $04I
on 518 kHz twice at http://www.classaxe.com/dx/ndb/rna/. The station is
listed as Disko Island, Upernavik, Greenland. I know conditions are good
to Europe at the moment (clock decodes from TDF on 162 kHz and DCF77 on
77.5 kHz were made before moving on to Navtex, but it was a pleasant
surprise to copy Greenland so well during the 0120Z window. I've copied
the Greenland station on Kook Island, $04W, often in the past during the
0340Z window but haven't even done that since last winter. Apparently
there is another Navtex station in Greenland, $04M, that is also
recently come on-line. Not sure when it transmits but hopefully it won't
be covered up by more local, long-winded stations.
