[Lowfer] LF propagation to the west

Pre-sunrise signals were spotty in NE IL this morning but several 
distant NDB stations to the west were noted: MOG in Montague, CA on 404 
kHz (-1051 Hz, 8.03s), FCH in Chandler, CA on 344 kHz (-1042 Hz, 8.28s), 
and LLD in Lanai, HI on 353 kHz (401 Hz, 8.50s). The latter was quite 
weak and hasn't been copied for quite some time.

Still no copy of HSA on 185.305 kHz but last night 137 kHz was nicely 
filled with MP, XES, and XKO.
