[Lowfer] Evening TAG WOLF

To provide a bigger target, WD2XES will run WOLF tonight on 137.441 kHz, starting at 2300Z. Reports are welcome.

The TAG WOLF signal is pretty close to flawless in terms of frequency stability, bit timing, etc. If enough of you think that the choice of 185.800 may not be good, I can change it. Two easy choices are 185.500 and 186.700 kHz. Those would just require dipswitch flips. Anything else is possible, but would mean code changes.
