[Lowfer] Good worldwide VLF reception

Great lightning map over the US last night, meaning it was almost clear,
but propagation still has a long way to go here to match winter's best.
Don't see the impressive VLF panorama that Jay sees pre-sunrise (and
probably never will!). Do normally see NWC and JJI well around sunrise
and the 3 Alpha signals were in this morning too, but European stations
only come through late evening, if at all. The exception is DHO, which
often is detectable 24/7.
