[Lowfer] 137 kHz activity

Nice to see MP with company last evening around 137.78 kHz. XES was also 
making it into the F1AFJ grabber. Copied NDB LNT on 344 kHz decently so 
looked for TAG on 185.8 kHz but best I could do was to lock onto the 
correct frequency. Decoded it October 5 last year so this is about the 
time conditions get good enough to copy it.
